My intention for this newsletter is to give useful no b.s timeless wisdom that’s helped me accomplish (IMO) amazing things such as…

• Help business partners generate over $10,000,000+ in revenue

• Put my younger sister, and girlfriend on a monthly salary

• Acquire 6 international real estate rental properties in PH

• Average $126,874.90 in monthly income

• Cover bills for my parents

• Work 1-4 hours a day

• Win mentors over

• Travel the world

• Net $1,000,000+

• Do what I want, when I want, with whomever I want

And this is coming from an immigrant from the Philippines, who dropped out of college, and got fired from my 9-5 job.

All at the age of 27 years old.

So if I was able to accomplish things above… you can too.

Why am I doing this?

First and foremost, I’m writing this newsletter for fun, but I’m selfishly writing this as a library of knowledge for my nephew Levi and my future kids.

So to my nephew/nieces/kids… if you’re reading this…

The problem I’m solving for..

We are transitioning to the creator economy, which means, people are getting paid to create content online.

With the creator economy comes frauds and impostors who sound like they know what they’re talking about, but in reality… they are people who are sitting on mount stupid.

• Reference: Dunning Kruger Effect

Put simply, you’ll probably encounter content creators that will have enticing profiles, headlines, and thumbnails giving advice like how to get wealthy and other things.

But for god’s sake… please just ignore people like this.

They don’t have your best interest in mind and their core goal is to sell you some b.s program that they probably copied from someone else.

My goal

Give you timeless wisdom, principles, concepts, and strategies to help you live a wealthy life rather than you falling for advice given by mount stupid peeps.

• Here’s a lesson: If you see people online that prioritize giving you content on FAST, QUICK, EASY, LAZY, NO WORK, etc. block them and move on with your day.

“If it’s too good to be true, it probably is”

About Me… Who is Joseph Villagracia?

For those that don’t know me and aren’t family… yet

Yo, I’m Joseph

• But some call me Joey or Joe.

I’m a investor, growth consultant, ghost entrepreneur, and most importantly a family man.

I’m the guy that did not want to follow the traditional path of…

• Go to college

• Get student loans

• Get a degree

• Get a good paying job

• Work 8 hours a day in that job

• And retire at the age of 60 years old.

Which lead me to the world of entrepreneurship at the age of 19 years old.

Long story… SHORT

• 2015-2016

  • Worked at Chipotle

    • Quit & became a personal trainer

  • Went to community college

    • Dropped out to pursue skillsets after learning skills pay the bills and not degrees

• 2016-2018

  • Got my first mentor (shout out Reggie)

  • Became top 3 sales producer every month from my 9-5 as a trainer

  • Started experimenting into online businesses

    • Amazon FBA

    • Dropshipping

    • Affiliate Marketing

    • Social Media Marketing

    • Etc.

      • Failed majority of them btw

        • except affiliate marketing which gave me the belief that making money online is valid.

  • Got fired from my 9-5

  • Started a high ticket sales agency managing over 40+ sales professionals

• 2019-2021

  • Sold millions of dollars for my clients

  • Created my first digital product Live Rich Academy which helped people get in the world of high ticket sales

    • This is closed down btw so don’t ask about it. :)

  • Paid off $82k of debt

  • Bought my parents a house and finally got them out of Vallejo, CA

  • Got burnt out from the high ticket sales world and decided to stop the business

    • Also got disgusted by marketers making outrageous claims like

      • “Make $10k+ a month in under 30 days as a beginner with no experience”

      • “The hands off no work business that’ll make you a thousands of dollars”

    • I wanted no part of that world since that lead to unrealistic expectations of business and success.

  • Joined a crypto mastermind, started investing, and ended up becoming the main leader for the mastermind.

• 2022 - RETIRED LIFE

  • Bull run ended and I cashed out multiple 6 figures of profit from crypto

  • Spent majority of my days with my girlfriend and 2 dogs

  • Played hours of basketball, joined a filipino basketball league

    • Ended up getting MVP one game lol

  • Got extremely bored, and felt purposeless spending my days “retired”

• 2023-2024 (present)

  • Became a growth partner for a business friend and helped him scale his business from $80k a month to $2.3M a month in cash collected in 15 months.

    • I took my previous experience from the past and created SOPs and systems for his business to scale.

    • Core pillars of business that I helped with

      • Branding

      • Systems and SOPs

      • Leadership

      • Product Engineering

      • Marketing

      • Sales

      • Fulfillment

  • Invested into real estate properties in the Philippines

  • Got my family involved in my business ventures

  • Started ghost businesses

    • I’m not the face and behind the scenes

    • This is what I mean when I’m a “Ghost Entrepreneur”

I’ve developed effective systems with time, skin in the game, and experience with 100s+ clients and partners.

This is why it’s difficult for individuals to understand “what I do” because I’m constantly evolving, developing new skillets and learning how to reach my full human potential.

I could be a newsletter author now and in a couple months be a boxer.

Point: I don’t limit myself and stay stagnant

My Motto is this… Work Smarter, Earn More, Live Rich.

So if you vibe with the motto, you’re in the right place and that’s the exact motto that’s helped me accomplish what I mentioned above.

Majority of what I’ll be writing about will be coming from that lens.

• How could I work smarter?

• How could I earn more?

• How could I live rich?

And when I mean “live rich”… yes I’m talking about financially, but more importantly…

I’m talking about physically, mentally, spiritually, the whole 9 on living a meaningful and purposeful life.

Expectations

Depending when you’re reading this… I might have 1 article or 100s.

However, the main thing is that I won’t have a posting schedule because I’m doing this…

1. For fun

2. Dynamically

Meaning…

1. Some newsletter content will be structured

2. I might post 1 article 1 week or 8 articles…

Core reason is because…

I am a doer first, an educator second

My process is as follows:

1. Do

   1. Have fun while doing it

2. Reflect on the outcome

   1. What happened?

3. Share

   1. What was most useful?

4. Repeat process with different behavior based on step 2 reflection

That’s how I’ll be operating this newsletter.

Sharing the most useful insights after I personally do steps 1 and 2.

And since life is dynamic and not linear (happens in a straight line), neither will the stuff that I share
