Which is why….
You Deserve Something Special
Because you decided to jump into the Live Rich Newsletter
I’m going to give you 2 gifts 😏
Gift #1: Human Communication Fundamentals
The button below is a private playlist, where I got hired for $30k to teach these human communication fundamentals
This is mainly framed as “sales training” but in reality, it is human communication training
Note: Learning persuasion at 19 years old was the #1 skill that allowed me to earn $100k+ a year in income and then eventually $1M+ a year in income.
Most think sales is sleazy, which I thought it was too
But I quickly learned when I was a personal trainer…
I can’t train and help anybody if I lack the ability to sell them
Shout out my old personal training clients :)

Sub Note: If ya didn’t notice, I’m “selling you” on learning persuasion
What you’ll notice is that sales isn’t sleazy if the person on the other end is actually try to help you… IMO

NOTE: This is a tool that’s helped me stay productive. Don’t force yourself to use this tool if it takes away from you getting worked done.
Quick Productivity System
Have clarity on ONE meaningful goal
Write down 1-3 action steps the night before that gets you closer to that goal
Could be in the Notes app on Apple
On a piece of paper
On a calendar
Doesn’t matter as long as you have clarity on 1-3 things that gets you closer to your goals
Do the 1-3 action steps during a time where you won’t get distracted
Boom that’s how you simply make progress without the tool above
And here’s bonus tips cause who doesn’t like bonuses??
Productivity Bonus Tips
Put phone in airplane mode and in another room
SERIOUSLY, this is your biggest distraction
Put your laptop or iPad or whatever technology you’re using on “do not disturb”
Put a 1-4 hours deep work block that best suits your schedule to get the 1-3 things done
Put yourself in an environment where you WILL NOT get distracted by other people
Productivity Mindset Tips
Optimize for the starting line NOT the finish line
The hardest step is the first step… which is just getting started
Focus on literally getting started… rather than finishing the tasks
For example,
If your goal is to run 1 mile a day, focus on putting your shoes on rather than finishing 1 mile
It’s a little brain hack but an effective one
Speed over perfection
One reason why I see people never hit their goals is because they need things to be “perfect” or that they FEEL like they lack something before they can get started
For example
Someone will see the ultra super cool live rich productivity tool and say…
“I have to go through this first and set it up before getting started on my goals”
That used to be me so don’t worry about it lol
But think from a “common sense” stand point
What’s most important?
Setting up a productivity tool or just doing the thing that gets you closer to your goal?
Of course it’s the latter
Start small
Small wins create momentum which is the catalyst for CONSISTENT productive behavior.
NEVER DISCOUNT SMALL WINS & CELEBRATE THEM
Because…
Little by little… little becomes A LOT
Side Tangent..
When I first got started into wanting a rich life
I thought I needed to have a BIG change and start BIG
Which is cool…
Because it shows I was motivated
BUT the reality is….
I could never sustain the BIG changes and would end up failing
For example
I wanted to become a millionaire at 19 years old
And social media convinced me that the average millionaire has 7 streams of income…
And what did I do after getting convinced?
I tried to get multiple streams of income
And started
drop shipping, social media marketing, affiliate marketing,
and whatever to get “7 Streams Of Income”
ALL AT THE SAME TIME
Sounds stupid right?
Because it was lol
One thing about us humans is that we overestimate our abilities by a huge margin which goes back to the Dunning-Kruger effect
Reference: Dunning Kruger Effect
I was sitting on the peak of mount stupid and ended up in the valley of despair
Which typically happens when you try to START BIG and make BIG CHANGES
Because your confidence is HIGH but your competence is low
Why am I bringing this up?
One of the biggest pain points of my life striving for success and riches was overestimating my abilities and ending up in the valley of despair
Simply put
I would get way to excited about NEW tools and NEW information
And put all these new things in my to-dos list
And assume
overestimate my abilities
That I’m going to get it all done.
But… “life would get in the way”
Which btw, it always will
Then I’d end up not completing the NEW to-dos
Or implement on the new information I was excited about
Which lead to me feeling
bummed out 😓
have lower self-confidence 😔
and have self-doubt 😔
THIS IS NEVER THE STATE YOU WANT TO BE IN IF YOU WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Why is this relevant for you?
The gifts or information that I’m giving you in this newsletter might give you an emotional high and make you excited,
BUT
I don’t want to let you down or have you let yourself down
because remember life and success doesn’t happen in a straight line
Our brain wants us to believe
Oh I’m going to use this productivity tool and then I’ll hit all my goals
But that’s overestimating your abilities and will end up putting you in the valley of despair
Which I don’t want
So here’s my suggestion… and some core lessons
If the gifts above aren’t relevant to you hitting your specific goals
Don’t consume it
It’ll give you more open loops
Open Loops = Give your brain something to complete or have closure on
Which will cause more harm than good because it’ll take up unnecessary mental bandwidth
And if any of the articles aren’t relevant to you hitting your specific goals
Don’t consume it
However…
If it is RELEVANT to you at this specific time in your life
You wanting to learn persuasion
You wanting a productivity system
You exploring your curiosities and interest
Then go ahead and get the value from it
BUT
As you implement these new tools and information
There’s 2 things I suggest
Consume Intentionally
Start small
Consuming Intentionally
If your goal is to learn persuasion…
It wouldn’t make sense to consume content on cooking
Obviously this sounds like common sense but common sense isn’t commonly practiced
Furthermore…
If your goal is to learn persuasion…
It doesn’t make sense going on social media and consuming content of your friends highlight reels
Because think about it
WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH YOUR GOAL??
Nothing
It’s a distraction
One question I always find myself asking whenever I get distracted with content…
What does this have to do with my goals?
This helps me reorient to being intentional about the content I’m consuming
Put simply
Make sure the content is always relevant to your goals.
If the content doesn’t move you forward to it, it’s a distraction.
If you want to change your life, be intentional with the content you consume
Starting Small…
Don’t overestimate your abilities on making big changes
The probability of you making a night and day change is…. slim af so let’s not even go there tbh
Start small
And start with whatever to you is most useful and something you can take action on immediately
Personal Productivity Case Study
When it comes to productivity
I wouldn’t even start off with the Notion tool I’m gifting you
I would start off getting clarity on ONE meaningful goal
Because that’s what I did
Then writing down ONE TASK you can do to get closer to that goal
Then just doing that ONE TASK
That’s it
Seriously…
And I would celebrate completing that task like I won the Super Bowl
Sounds cheesy?
Check this out
By doing that it helped me build momentum
It boosted my self confidence
It gave me a STATE of a winner… '
like “I’M HIM”
IMO this only works if you truly don’t discount the little things
Once doing the ONE TASK became a habit
Only then I’ll add additional tasks to do
But until I master that first step
I never add anymore things to do
Because If I did,
I’m overestimating my abilities and then will end up in the valley of despair.
Most people overestimate what they can achieve in a year and underestimate what they can achieve in ten years. - Bill Gates
Productivity Lessons:
I didn’t start off at 3 things I wanted to achieve
I started with ONE
After I started getting used to completing that ONE thing…
Only then did I start adding another thing that if I did, it would move me closer to my goal
And then after I proved myself that I could finish 2 main tasks consistently, that I moved on to 3
And I stopped at 3 main tasks since I realized that’s my personal sweet spot and preference
But take this approach whenever you get bombarded with knowledge that you want to implement on
Why?
It’s sustainable
Nothing beats sustainable success
Which is what I want for you 🫶
